- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping
- We currently ship within Canada only.
- Delivery typically takes 2–7 business days, depending on your location.
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and selected shipping method.
Delays
While we do our best to meet estimated delivery times, unexpected delays caused by carriers, weather, or peak seasons may occur.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase. CLAW is not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect addresses provided by customers.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged or is lost during transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the shipping carrier to help resolve the issue.
